Rik Feeney

Many years (and several pizzas ago), Rik Feeney was a competitive gymnast through high school and Temple University. During his career, Rik owned and worked at private gymnastics clubs where he trained gymnasts from state- to national-level competitors. Rik is the author of several books on the sport of gymnastics, the first of which, Gymnastics: A Guide for Parents and Athletes, is now published by McGraw-Hill and also available via email at www.GymnasticsTrainingTips.com.

He has gone on to ghostwrite several books on the sport of gymnastics and continues to author his own books with a new series titled “Gymnastics Education Modules” (GEMs ™) which includes techniques for popular gymnastics and tumbling skills, as well as information for parents and spectators.

Rik continues to attend gymnastics clinics, meets and seminars as well as consulting for both gymnastics coaches and aspiring authors. His latest book, Back Handsprings: The Secret Techniques, published by Richardson Publishing, Inc., is available at www.GymnasticsTrainingTips.com.
